The expedition doesn't rest on a catalog of suppliers, but on people we have sailed with, negotiated with and solved problems with. Here they are.
Legal support · Coyhaique
Martínez & Núñez
In Chile I am legally represented by the law firm Martínez & Núñez from Coyhaique - Carmen Gloria Martínez and Diego Núñez, specialists in real estate, rural law and representing foreign clients in the Aysén region. They handled the entire land purchase and its registration in the land registry, the founding of the company, and ongoing legal and tax representation. When something happens nine thousand kilometers from home, it isn't handled through an agency - you call specific people who know the case.
Carmen Gloria Martínez
Founding partner · coordinating attorneyA Patagonian, specialist in family law with degrees in civil law and studies abroad. She leads the firm's team and looks after the foreign clientele from Europe and the US - including us. Precise, empathetic, available across borders and time zones.
Diego Núñez

Why does the expedition cost what it costs? The four principles that shape the price are on the page The Price of Four Decisions. The book that was there at the beginning of it all: The Memoirs of Václav Nový.
